对国家地震烈度速报与预警工程江苏预警信息服务系统进行了介绍,分析了2023年6月系统试运行以来的预警信息发布情况。结果显示,预警信息发布的主要延时存在于地震发生到国家一级融合决策系统正式发布预警信息的过程,最短延时为4 s,平均延时为14.358 6 s,江苏省预警系统的预警信息发布各环节延时较少,平均总延时不超过0.9 s,Ⅱ类省级预警中心所在地发生地震后,预警信息发布时延会略长于Ⅰ类。整体来看,江苏地震预警信息服务系统满足时效性要求并具有良好的稳定性,在省预警项目建设完成后,将实现省内破坏性秒级地震预警信息发布与示范服务。
This article introduces the Jiangsu Earthquake Early Warning Information Service System
part of the National Earthquake Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning System
and analyzes its performance since the system's trial operation began in June 2023. The results indicated that the primary delay in releasing early warning information occurred between the earthquake event and the official release of early warning information by the national level integrated decision-making system. The shortest delay observed was 4 seconds
with an average delay of 14.3586 seconds. The Jiangsu Earthquake Early Warning Information Release System exhibited minimal delays at various stages of information release
with an average total delay of less than 0.9 seconds. In the event of an earthquake at a Type II provincial early warning center
the release delay would be slightly longer compared to a Type I center. Overall
the Jiangsu Earthquake Early Warning Information Service System meets timeliness requirements and demonstrates good stability. Upon completion of the provincial early warning project
it will enable second-level destructive earthquake early warning information release and demonstration services within the province.
