摘要

深基坑、管廊肥槽、桥涵台背等工程常需要进行回填作业，流态固化土由于其自密实、自流平、自硬化的优势，近年来得到广泛关注，具备替代传统碾压夯实回填材料的潜力。本文依托宁波西洪大桥某管廊回填工程，研究了不同固化剂配比下流态固化土的无侧限强度、渗透系数、压缩特性与流动特性，并且结合现场试验探讨了其工程应用的可行性。结果表明，添加减水剂组流态固化土的强度、渗透性等服役性能指标与施工和易性均显著提升。9%水泥掺量+1%膨胀剂+0.5%减水剂试样相较9%水泥掺量+1%膨胀剂试样的7 d无侧限抗压强度由0.79 MPa提升到1.36 MPa，上升了72%，渗透系数下降了20.6%，压缩模量提升了25.7%；该配比的拌合后含水率为64.6%，拥有180 mm的坍落度。减水剂能有效增加固化土中的水化产物总量，形成网状络合结构链接内部土颗粒，具备良好的支撑效应，提高胶凝材料的聚合度，保证其内部结构更为致密。现场试验发现，流态固化土7 d无侧限抗压强度达0.61 MPa，抗渗性能大幅提高，但较试验室数据性能损失近50%。

Abstract

Backfill operations are often required for deep excavations

pipeline trenches

bridge abutments

and culverts. Soil-based controlled low-strength materials (CLSM)

with advantages of self-compaction

self-leveling

and self-hardening

have gained widespread attention in recent years and have the potential to replace traditional compacted backfill materials. This study

based on the backfilling project of the pipeline corridor at the Ningbo Xihong Bridge

investigated the effect of curing agent proportions on the unconfined compressive strength (UCS)

permeability

compressibility

and flowability of soil-based CLSM

and discussed the feasibility of its engineering application through field tests. The results showed that adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PS) significantly enhanced the strength

permeability

and workability of soil-based CLSM. Specifically

the mixture with 9% cement

1% expansion agent

and 0.5% PS exhibited a 7-day UCS increase from 0.79 MPa to 1.36 MPa

a 72% improvement

a 20.6% reduction in permeability coefficient

and a 25.7% increase in compressive modulus compared to the mixture with 9% cement and 1% expansion agent. The post-mixing moisture content of this mixture was 64.6%

exhibiting a slump of 180 mm. The PS significantly increased the total amount of hydration products in the soil-based CLSM

forming a network-like structure that connected the internal soil particles. It had a strong supporting effect

increased the polymerization degree of the binder

and ensured a denser internal structure. Field tests revealed that the 7-day UCS of the soil-based CLSM reached 0.61 MPa

with significantly improved impermeability

but showed nearly a 50% reduction in performance compared to laboratory results.
