交通荷载是埋设在路面下的管道所承受的主要活荷载之一。管道在运行年限内要承受多次重复的交通荷载作用,可能导致管道发生疲劳破坏。然而目前的研究大多集中于管道的静力力学响应或动力响应,对于接口的疲劳力学性能研究较少。本研究首先基于公路车辆荷载统计数据,考虑土荷载、管体自重等恒载,采用有限元软件ABAQUS计算给出了交通荷载下球墨铸铁管承插接口的力学响应。随后为了模拟实际交通荷载的循环往复作用,基于转角等效的原则,在注水加压条件下开展了球墨铸铁管接口的弯曲疲劳试验,得到了不同疲劳荷载幅值下管道接口的最大转角与渗漏速率的关系。最后采用累计损伤理论,对不同车辆荷载组合作用下管道的疲劳寿命进行分析,并基于试验数据得到了DN200的球墨铸铁管承插接口的疲劳荷载幅值与循环次数关系曲线。研究结果表明:(1)接口处最大转角是衡量接口疲劳破坏程度的重要指标;(2)接口最大转角与渗漏速率成正相关,随着接口转角不断增大,渗漏速率加快;(3)接口处橡胶圈的疲劳力学性能退化而导致接口密封失效是管道漏水的重要原因。
Traffic load is one of the main live loads on pipelines buried under road surfaces. Pipelines are subjected to repeated traffic loads during their service life
which may lead to fatigue failure. However
existing studies mostly focus on the static or dynamic mechanical responses of pipelines
with limited research on the fatigue mechanical performance of pipe joints. This study first analyzed statistical data of highway vehicle loads
considering constant loads such as soil load and pipe self-weight
and used the finite element software ABAQUS to calculate the mechanical responses of the socket joints of ductile iron pipes under traffic loads. Subsequently
to simulate cyclic loading under actual traffic conditions
bending fatigue tests of ductile iron pipe joints were conducted under internal water pressure based on the principle of equivalent rotation angle. The relationship between the maximum rotation angle at pipe joints and leakage rate under different fatigue load amplitudes was obtained. Finally
the fatigue life of pipelines under different combinations of traffic loads was analyzed using the cumulative damage theory
and the relationship between fatigue load amplitude and number of cycles for DN200 ductile iron pipe socket joints was obtained based on the test data. The results showed that: (1) the maximum rotation angle at pipe joints was an important indicator for evaluating fatigue failure severity. (2) The maximum rotation angle at pipe joints was positively correlated with the leakage rate
with leakage accelerating as the rotation angle increased continuously. (3) The degradation of the fatigue mechanical properties of the rubber rings at pipe joints led to seal failure
which was a major cause of leakage.
