摘要

框架‑摇摆墙作为一类高效的结构抗侧力体系得到了广泛的工程应用。摇摆墙能够调控框架的层间侧向刚度，充分发挥抗侧力构件的性能，但由于摇摆墙自身缺乏回复力，发生侧向转动以后无法返回平衡位置，对框架有不利的影响。为了解决这一问题，提出预应力框架‑摇摆墙抗侧力体系。在框架梁中引入预应力使框架具有自复位能力，从而与摇摆墙协同工作并缓解摇摆墙的倾覆作用。发展了预应力框架‑摇摆墙结构节点核心区剪切块的定参方法，提出了结构的高效数值分析模型，设计了一栋8层常规框架‑摇摆墙结构和一栋预应力框架‑摇摆墙结构，建立结构的有限元模型并进行静力弹塑性分析和弹塑性动力时程分析。分析结果表明：相比于常规框架‑摇摆墙结构，预应力框架‑摇摆墙结构的峰值承载力更高，结构进入非线性阶段承载力没有明显下降，具有明显的自复位性能和延性破坏模式。在罕遇地震作用下，预应力框架‑摇摆墙结构的层间位移角显著小于前者，基底剪力略大于前者，两者的层间加速度响应接近，节点核心区始终处于弹性阶段。预应力框架‑摇摆墙结构的抗震性能优于常规框架‑摇摆墙，可作为一种有效的抗侧力体系在抗震地区加以推广。

Abstract

Rocking wall-frame serves as a category of efficient lateral force-resisting system and has been widely applied in practical engineering. Rocking walls can adjust and control the inter-story lateral stiffness of the frame and make full use of the performances of structural members. However， rocking walls are unable to return to the initial position after the earthquake due to the lack of restoring force， resulting in adverse effects on the frame. To address this issue， a prestressed rocking wall frame-lateral force-resisting system is proposed in which prestress is introduced in frame beams. In this way， the frame is endowed with a self-centering capacity and can mitigate the overturning of the wall through collaborative interactions with the wall. An approach is developed to determine the mechanical parameters of the shear block in joint core， and an efficient numerical model of the system is also proposed. An 8-story conventional rocking wall-frame structure and an 8-story prestressed rocking wall-frame structure are designed， respectively. The finite element models of the sample structures are established， and the static pushover and nonlinear dynamic time-history analyses are performed. Results indicate that compared with conventional rocking wall-frame structure， prestressed rocking wall-frame structure has higher peak lateral resistance and the bearing capacity shows little reduction during the nonlinear range. The system can be characterized by satisfying self-centering capacity and ductile failure mode. Under the function of rare occurrence earthquakes， prestressed rocking wall-frame structure obviously has a smaller inter-story drift ratio， larger peak base shear force and similar inter-story acceleration responses when compared with its counterpart. Besides， the joint core remains in the elastic stage throughout the earthquake. Consequently， the prestressed rocking wall-frame has better seismic performance than the conventional rocking wall-frame and can be promoted as an effective lateral force-resisting system in seismic areas.
