为研究氯盐腐蚀圆钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压承载性能的变化规律,设计了16个试件并完成轴压试验。在试验研究的基础上根据极限平衡条件,提出了氯盐腐蚀条件下钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压承载力的计算公式,选取不同的侧压系数进行对比优化;采用国内外常用规范对试件承载力进行计算,将计算值与试验值进行对比并提出使用建议。结果表明给出的侧压系数建议值与试验结果吻合较好,通过折减壁厚的方法计算承载力是可靠的,对氯盐腐蚀圆钢管再生混凝土柱的理论研究和工程应用有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the change rule of axial compressive load bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled with steel tube short columns with chloride salt corrosion, the authors designed 16 specimens and completed the axial compression test. Based on the tests, the calculation formula of the axial compressive load bearing capacity of the specimens was put forward according to the limit equilibrium condition, and different lateral pressure coefficients were selected and optimized. The load bearing capacity of the specimens is calculated according to the commonly used codes at home and abroad, and the calculated value is compared with the test value, and the application suggestions are put forward. The results show that the recommended value of the lateral pressure coefficient is in good agreement with the test results, and the load bearing capacity calculated by reducing the wall thickness is reliable. The finding has certain guiding significance for the theoretical research and engineering application of circle recycled concrete filled steel tube short columns with chloride salt corrosion.
