首先,介绍了美国、新西兰和日本风荷载规范中关于方向性处理方法的优劣。其次,基于多元极值和条件概率理论,提出了一种按不同风向平均风速极值相互独立处理风荷载/效应方向性的新方法。再次,以哈尔滨、北京和济南为例,分析了我国大尺度稳态强风地区不同风向平均风速极值的相关性特征。最后,以一鞍型屋盖为例,分析了其在大尺度稳态强风地区(以哈尔滨、北京和济南为例)不同建筑朝向下风荷载/效应极值的方向性特征,阐明了美国、新西兰和日本规范中方向性处理方法的局限性,验证了新方法的有效性。研究结果表明:(1)我国大尺度稳态强风地区不同风向平均风速极值趋近于相互独立;(2)所提新方法可以方便、准确的考虑方向性,合理确定风荷载/效应极值;(3)建议该方法作为我国风荷载规范处理风荷载/效应极值方向性的一个方案。
Firstly, the methods for dealing with directionality effect in ASCE 7-10, AS/NZS 1170.2:2011 and AIJ-RLB-2004 were investigated and compared. Secondly, on the basis of multivariate extreme value theory and conditional probability, a new method for treating directionality effect is proposed based on the independent assumption of extreme wind speed in different directions. Thirdly, the correlation of directional extreme wind speed in different wind directions in the synoptic-scale strong wind region was discussed taking the climate of Harbin, Beijing and Jinan as examples. Finally, the directionality of wind loading or effect of a saddle-type roof in synoptic-scale wind region (e.g., Harbin, Beijing and Jinan) was studied for different structural orientations. Based on cases studies, some possible limitations in ASCE 7-10, AS/NZS 1170.2:2011 and AIJ-RLB-2004 were clarified, and the effectiveness of the newly proposed method was validated. The research results show that : ① the directional extreme wind speed in different wind directions in synoptic-scale wind region of China tends to be mutually independent; ② the proposed method can deal with the directionality of wind loading or effect and determine their extremums for design correctly and efficiently; ③ this new method is suggested as a choice for Chinese wind loading code in dealing with directionality effectively.
