A two-dimensional finite element model for typical nodes of a underground utility tunnel in the urban area was established
and seismic response analysis were carried out for different seismic waves with different peak accelerations
different seismic waves with the same peak acceleration
and with or without the consideration of contact effect between soil and structure
respectively. The results show that:(1)under the action of different seismic waves with different acceleration peak values
the lateral displacement
peak acceleration and peak stress of node increased with the increase of peak value in earthquake wave;(2)under the action of different seismic waves with the same acceleration peak value
the spectral characteristics of seismic waves influenced the seismic response of node significantly;and(3)contact effect between soil and structure influenced the seismic response of node significantly.
