Influence of Vibration Intensity on Dynamic Response of Rock Slope
The influence of vibration intensity on the dynamic response of anti-dip layered rock slope is studied by shaking table model test
the change laws of the peak acceleration response and its amplification factor of slope with the increasing vibration intensity are analyzed emphatically. The results show that:(1) As the vibration intensity increases
the peak acceleration response of the model slope increases
the frequency of seismic wave and the position of the measuring points both affect the way of increase of the peak acceleration response;(2)The influence of vibration intensity on the acceleration amplification factor of the model slope has different performance because of the frequency of seismic wave and the location of the measuring points. Under the action of the same frequency seismic wave
the change laws of the acceleration amplification factor of the measuring points with the same elevation with the increasing vibration intensity are alike;(3)0. 20 g is an important critical acceleration value that causes deformation of the model slope;(4)The change of vibration intensity does not change the distribution of the peak acceleration response and the acceleration amplification factor in the model slope. The research provides a guidance and reference to mitigate geo-hazards in the high seismic zones.
