分析了房屋建筑规范标准、采煤行业标准、轨道交通经验标准以及国外标准与研究成果
提出以房屋建筑国家规范规定的建筑基础沉降与倾斜为控制指标
考虑隧道施工引起的变形增量与建筑既有变形量的总和;在变形标准确定后
提出了评估方法
首先采用Peck公式进行无建筑物时的初步判定
变形不满足规范要求时
采用刚度修正法或数值模拟法;然后利用该评估方法进行工程实例分析
结果表明
分岔隧道最大跨分岔断面隧道仰拱拉应力最大
断面上方基础沉降增量最大
仅考虑隧道施工引起的变形增量时
建筑变形满足要求
考虑建筑既有变形后则不满足规范要求
评估分析必须考虑建筑的既有变形。
Abstract
Tunnel construction will cause the deformation of overlying building and the deformation may affect the using function of buildings and structural safety.Focusing on the problem of forked tunnel passing building
the housing construction standards.The coal mining industry standard
track traffic experience standards
foreign standards and research results are analyzed.The foundation settlement and incline index in the national housing construction standard is proposed to be the control index
in which the deformation increment caused by tunnel construction and the existing deformation of buildings should be both considered;after the establishment of deformation standard
Peck formula is firstly used to make a preliminary determination with no building
when the deformation does not meet the standard requirements and the modified stiffness method or numerical simulation method is needed.Engineering example analysis by this evaluation method shows that the maximum tension stress point is at the invert of the forked section
and the maximum foundation settlement is also at this section.The building deformation meets the requirements when only considering the incremental deformation due to tunnel construction
but will not meet the requirements of standard when considering the existing building deformation.The evaluation analysis must consider the deformation of existing buildings.
