摘要

钢材在高温和荷载作用下产生明显的蠕变变形

从而对钢结构在火灾下的变形和受力性能产生较大的影响。目前的结构抗火研究很少考虑蠕变的影响

为了研究高温蠕变对钢柱抗火承载力的影响

引入钢材高温蠕变参数

采用ANSYS有限元程序建立钢柱的抗火分析模型

分析了考虑高温蠕变影响的钢柱抗火性能。采用钢柱的抗火试验数据对有限元模型进行验证

两者吻合较好。利用验证过的有限元模型分析了考虑蠕变效应后钢柱的多个参数对其抗火承载力的影响

并与现行多国规范的钢柱抗火承载力进行了对比。研究表明:考虑蠕变后能更准确地预测钢柱的火灾行为

蠕变对钢柱的抗火性能产生较大的影响。现行规范中钢柱高温承载力的计算结果偏于不安全。

Abstract

Under the combination of high temperature and load

significant creep deformations develop in steel and thus significantly affect the deformation and load capacity of steel structures in fire.However

creep effect was not taken into account so far in fire resistance research on steel structures.In order to investigate the effect of creep on bearing capacity of steel columns

high temperature creep parameter is incorporated into finite element model of steel columns and an analysis was carried out using ANSYS.Finite element model established in ANSYS was validated by comparing the fire test data of steel columns and full agreement was found.The validated model was utilized to investigate the effect of multiple parameters on bearing capacity of steel columns

which considered the creep effect

and was compared with different design codes on steel structures.It is shown that the fire behavior of steel columns can more accurately predicted by considering creep effect.The creep has great influence on fire response of steel columns

and the bearing capacity of steel columns in current design codes gives unsafe results.
