摘要

为研究高温下带肋薄壁L形钢管混凝土柱的抗火性能

建立了该类构件的ABAQUS温度场计算模型

并用相关试验结果验证了模型的正确性。采用该模型对所设计构件进行温度场计算

结果表明:构件横截面温度场呈现明显梯度分布

由受火面向截面中心逐渐降低;截面阳角处温度较阴角处更高

且阳角附近高温区域面积较阴角处大;构件内部钢筋温度较受火面呈现明显滞后现象

且中心温度较两端降低幅度更大。分析了受火时间、加劲肋尺寸和构件截面尺寸对构件温度分布的影响

可知随着受火时间的延续

构件各部位温度以不同幅度升高;钢筋加劲肋直径对钢筋温度影响比较明显

但对钢管和混凝土温度影响较小;截面尺寸越大

构件同一位置温度越低。

Abstract

To study the fire resistant behavior of L-shaped concrete-filled steel tubes with steel bar stiffeners under fire

firstly

a finite element model

the predicted temperature distribution of which is in good agreement with the test results

is developed by using ABAQUS.Then

we obtain the data of temperature distribution and analyse the results that the temperature decreases along the path from the surfaces to the center of the cross-sections under fire

and the temperature of external corners is higher than that of internal corner and the increase of temperature of steel bars delays drastically

and the temperature of center decreases much more than both ends.Finally the heating time

the cross-sectional dimensions

the diameter of steel bar stiffeners are taken into account.The analysis indicates that as the increase of the heating time

the temperature of tubes

concrete and steel bar stiffeners rises in different speeds

and the larger the crosssection is

the lower the temperature of the cross-section is

however

the diameter of steel bar stiffeners has negligible effect on the temperature of concrete and steel tube

but has marked effects on the temperature of steel bar stiffeners.
