Rheological Mechanics Model of Roof-pillars in Mine Goaf under Multidirectional Loads
In order to analyse the stability of roof-pillars system in mine goaf
based on elastic plate theory and rheological mechanics theory
the rheological mechanics model of roof-pillars in mine goaf under multidirectional loads is established
in which pillars are simplified as a viscoelastic body conform to Kelvin-Voigt model and the goaf roof is simplified as an elastic thin plate.The mechanical characters of roof-pillars in mine goaf system under vertical load and horizontal load are researched
and the gob roof deflection differential equations are deduced and solve the differential equations by Galerkin method.The boundary conditions of different stages in goaf roof are taken as the fixed boundaries
which have gradually evolved into the simply supported boundaries at four sides along with the development of creep.The reliability of the model is verified by using the rheological mechanics model for the prediction of stable time of the old goaf in certain mine.The prediction result shows that the total stabilization time of the goaf reaches 77 months
and the goaf would suffer roof caving in January 2013 and the field monitoring result proves that in December 2012
the goaf faced roof caving in partial areas.Researches show that the rheological mechanics model of roof-pillars in mine goaf under multidirectional loads is reliable for the prediction of stable time of the goaf.
