摘要
结合云南省昆明市尖山磷矿实际开采情况
采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件
建立爆破振动载荷作用下露天矿山高边坡动态响应的有限元模型;输入实测爆破振动波形
研究爆破振动作用下高边坡的振动速度和应力的分布特征。研究结果表明:1数值模拟和实测结果吻合较好
验证了建立的计算模型是可行的;2距离爆心越近
爆破振动速度越大
其单元体的有效应力也越大;3边坡体的Von Mises应力最大值为1.21 MPa
远小于6.23 MPa的破坏判据
爆破后边坡整体不会受破坏
仍处于稳定状态
说明矿山目前类似规模和起爆方式的爆破振动不会影响高边坡安全
为矿山后续的生产爆破提供了依据。
Abstract
According to the actual situation of Jianshan phosphorite open-pit in Kunming
Yunnan
a finite element model of dynamic response of high open-pit slope under blasting vibration load is established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA
and by inputting the measured blasting vibration waveform
we research the distribution characteristic of vibration velocity and stress in high slope under blasting vibration.The results show that:1 The results of numerical simulation agree well with the actual measurement and the established calculation model is verified;2 Closer to the blasting center
the blasting vibration velocity and the effective stress value are greater;3The maximum Von Mises stress is 1.21 MPa
far less than the failure criteria of 6.23 MPa
so the slope won′t be destroyed during blasting and still in a stable state.It is verified that the blasting vibration under the similar scale and the initiation way will not affect the high slope safety
and provide the basis of subsequent open-pit production blasting.
