this paper studies the theoretical traffic capacity of highway bridges and analyzes the factors of influencing the actual traffic capacity of highway bridges after earthquake.Then the passage probability of highway bridges after earthquake was deduced and the earthquake correction factors for traffic capacity of highway bridges was defined.Accordingly
