Study on Creep Characteristics of Q2 Loess of Xianyang Area in the Guanzhong Basin
In the process of the triaxial creep test of Q2 loess in Xianyang region of the center Shaanxi plain
the strain-time curves and the isochronous stress-strain curves in various confining pressure and moisture content could be got.By analyzing the trial curves of the confining pressure and moisture content versus creep property of this loess
apositive correlation between deformation of creep and moisture content is established
while a negative correlation between the deformation of creep and confining pressure is found.Further more
in fitting analysis
the soil creep failure stress increases in line with the confining pressure but decreases logarithmically along the moisture content.According to aforementioned analysis
ameliorating the parameter property and structure of common 5-component model
a 7-component nonlinear creep model could be employed
describing the accelerating creeping of Q2 loess capably.Finally
an acceptable optimum could be obtained by applying this fitting identity to test data.
