摘要
为了对采空区遗煤自燃进行防治
在前人研究成果的基础上
结合相关理论
提出了利用周期变向通风防治遗煤自燃的方法
并对其防治遗煤自燃的原理进行了分析。利用Fluent软件
对周期变向通风条件下的采空区浓度场、温度场及氧化带形态进行了模拟研究。模拟结果显示
变向通风后
采空区的浓度场、温度场及氧化带形态都要发生相应的变化
证明了利用周期变向通风方法防治遗煤自燃的可行性。对模拟数据的分析表明
周期变向通风的适用条件及变向周期与遗煤的自然发火期有关;周期变向通风可以减缓遗煤升温速度
进一步证明了利用周期变向通风防治遗煤自燃是可行的;在进行采场风流变向时
要特别注意回风巷有害气体浓度超限及采空区内有害气体爆炸的问题。
Abstract
In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal
based on predecessors′research results and combined with the relative theories
the method of periodically transforming the direction of ventilation was presented
and its principle to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal was analyzed.The Fluent software was used to carry out numerical simulation of concentration field
temperature field and the configuration of oxidation zone under the condition of periodically transforming the direction of ventilation.The numerical simulation results show that concentration field
temperature field and the configuration of oxidation zone will be changed when the direction of ventilation is transformed
and it is proved to be feasible that the method of periodically transforming the direction of ventilation is used to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal.According to the analysis of data
the application conditions of the method and the period of transforming the direction of ventilation are connected with the spontaneous combustion period of residual coal;the rate of temperature increase can be slowed down through the method of periodically transforming the direction of ventilation
and it further proves that the method is feasible;attention must be given to the concentration of harmful gas in return airway and the explosion of harmful gas in goaf when the method of periodically transforming the direction of ventilation is applied.
