摘要

提供简易实用的农居地震安全技术咨询

既可以使农民得到农居地震安全方面的技术帮助

也有利于提高农民对地震安全的认识。本文讨论了基于网络环境的农居地震安全技术咨询系统的技术思路和主要算法。该系统主要由咨询条件输入、地震安全信息预处理及地震安全分析计算和咨询结果输出3部分构成。系统合理利用震害经验总结及相关规范

通过输入信息

提供农居基本的结构选型、场地灾害、地基处理和基础施工方面的信息。然后根据各项条件对农居地震安全的影响

提供基于网络的农居地震安全技术咨询。本项工作是农村震害防御信息服务方面的新尝试。

Abstract

Easily understood and practical technology consulting on earthquake safety can help rural residents improve the seismic safety of their homes on one hand and promote awareness on seismic safety in rural areas on the other.This paper discussed the main idea and algorithm of "web-based consultation system for technology consulting on seismic safety of rural buildings".This system includes consultation inquiry

seismic safety assessment and consultation results output.The system combined earthquake investigation data

relevant standard and input information to provide recommendations on general terms such as building structure

geological hazard

foundation treatment and infrastructure construction.This study makes a new effort in providing necessary seismic safety information service for improving seismic safety of rural houses.
