摘要
为了研究约束钢梁在高温和爆炸共同作用下的响应
采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS
对约束钢梁在单独高温、单独爆炸以及高温爆炸共同作用下的性能做了分析研究。分析计算中
充分考虑了高温引起的材料弹性模量、屈服强度等物理力学性能的变化
同时考虑了动荷载引起的应变率效应。首先
对约束钢梁在标准火灾升温(ISO834)下的反应进行了分析
考察了钢梁在单独火灾下的性能;随后
分析了常温下不同爆炸强度和爆炸形式下钢梁的响应情况
考察了钢梁在单独爆炸下的性能;最后
分析升温至不同温度的同时发生3种不同形式的爆炸后钢梁的响应
并与前2种情况相对比
探讨火灾、爆炸的相互影响。
Abstract
To understand the response of restricted steel beam under elevated temperature and blast loading
the finite element program ANSYS was used to analyze the behavior of models with only elevated temperature
only blast loading and both elevated temperature and blast loading.The changes with elevating temperature of steel elastic modulus
yield strength and other physical properties was considered in the analysis
and the rate effect was also considered in the research.Firstly
the response of the restricted steel beam under standard fire(ISO834) was researched to investigate the properties with the fire only.And then
the response of the steel beam under different explosive strengths and explosive forms at the normal temperature to investigate the properties with the blast only.Lastly
the response of the steel beam under three different kinds of blast in different temperatures was analyzed
and the result was compared with the two former cases to discuss the influence of the fire and blast.
