Numerical Simulation of Three-dimensional Temperature Field of Reinforced Concrete Columns Subjected to Fire
The spatial and temporal characteristics of temperature field is important for understanding high temperature response and the fire resistance performance of structures and components subjected to fire.In this paper
the 2D and 3D temperature fields of reinforced concrete columns under fire are analyzed using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The computational results are well consistent with experimental data. The results show that the finite element method is feasible to analyze the 3D temperature field of concrete structure. This research provides theoretical basis for three-dimensional response analysis of concrete structures at and after the elevated temperature.
