Research on Advanced Water Injection to Integrated Control of Mine Disasters
Aimed at a series of security problems that arouse from the mining of high gas and inflammable thick seam
and took the advanced water injection as the breakthrough point
the technological parameters and the effects of water injection in coal seam were studied based on 12200 fully machined workface of Yima mine.The study found that the moisture content of coal increased significantly by using the multiple rows and fan-shaped stereo water injection technology.Through analyzing the monitoring data before and after water injection
the presented water injection technology was found has significant effect on dust concentration reduction in return and intake airflow laneway
coal spontaneous prevention in goaf
and gas emission inhibition in coal face.The study had certain theory and practical significance in preventing the hazard on the fully machined workface with high gas and inflammable thick seam.
