In connection with the problem of the significant influence of spatial correlation on the long-span spatial structures
seismic response analyses of cylindrical reticulated mega-structure are made under multiple support excitations by using dynamic time-history method and compared with that under simple support excitations in this paper. The response and its variations of some key nodes and members in the structure are discussed under different traveling-wave excitations in the condition of the main structure bearing the loads by itself and cooperatively with substructures.Response differences between multiple support excitations and simple support excitations prove that the analyses of multiple support excitations of reticulated mega-structure are necessary under earthquake inputting
which provide theoretic references to the seismic design of such structures.
