基础设施的可持续发展需要系统地研究包括资产管理在内的基础设施管理的各个相关方面。本文构建了基于基础设施性能的资产管理策略的框架

并详细讨论了其主要原则与关键内容。

Abstract

Infrastructure sustainability is a critical issue that has to be dealt with systematically from various perspectives

one of which is asset management.This paper proposes a performance-based infrastructure asset management strategy

its corresponding framework

and discusses in detail the key principles of this strategy and the key components of this framework.
