Abstract
During infrared water detection in defective geological section in Shihuashu Tunnel of Yuxi-Kun-ming railway
the common analysis methods are inadequate for pre-judging whether concealed water or water -bearing structure exists in front of tunnel face.In order to improve the accuracy of infrared water detection in short distance prediction
fuzzy clustering is presented to classify field strength data of measured points on excavating face.The relationships among the change law of fuzzy clustering result
water inrush risk and rock crushing degree are researched based on the transferred geological information of tunnel excavation. The practice shows that combination of fuzzy clustering method and common methods makes infrared water detection work achieved better pre-judgment effects.
