With increase of terrorist’s and accidental explosion events
the safety protection of subway station becomes a hot spot of society.The finite element model of a typical 2-floor subway station in Beijing was established by using software LS-DYNA to analyze the propagation regularity of blast waves under internal blast in subway stations.The results show that(1) the peak value of overpressure can be estimated by empirical Henrych formula for 0.3 m/kg(1/3)<Z<1.6 m/kg(1/3);(2) the blast wave is reflected and diffracted in subway station
the structural members are subjected to blast impact repeatedly;(3) stair head has blast venting function.The above results may provide a reference to the blast-resistant design and safety evaluation of subway stations.
