Abstract
Dynamic characteristic of sand-sliding slope is of crucial importance for searching effective mitigation measures. By means of simulation experiments on the dynamic characteristic of sand-sliding slope
the dynamic mechanism of the failure was preliminarily explored
the course of piling exhibits fractal structure and proves to be self-organized
and thus the sand-slope is a dissipated dynamic system. In the experiment a dynamic mechanism of the failure——sliding mode was found having a potential surface sliding in slope and the sliding-slope presents holistic failure characteristic. The granules are of the piling characteristics similar to the interbedded phenomenon in the alluvial deposits.
