we need neither to analysis the temperature filed of the section advanced nor to query any table
and just consider the influence parameter in the design formulas directly.The accuracy of the method is verified through a set of experimental test results comprising 39 columns.The method yields reasonably accurate predictions for the fire resistance of RC columns.In addition
the paper includes an example to illustrate the use of the formula.This method can be used by engineers for its simplicity
practicality and yet associated with the current code.
