为考虑土壤腐蚀环境与管线服役龄期对供水管网系统抗震韧性影响,提出了一种基于拓扑指标的多龄期埋地腐蚀管网抗震韧性评估方法。首先基于齐次马尔可夫过程建立酸性、碱性和近中性土壤环境中埋地钢管时变本构模型,进而基于增量动力时程分析方法建立不同土壤腐蚀环境、不同服役龄期下不同管径埋地管道的解析地震易损性模型。最后以连接密度表征供水管网抗震性能指标,采用性能影响函数法量化供水管网抗震韧性,基于随机模拟思想,取一支抢修队伍逐一修复和所有破坏管线同时修复2种工况下抗震韧性均值表征系统抗震韧性。分析结果表明,罕遇地震作用下,供水管网平均抗震性能较设防地震作用下降低31.85%,但整体抗震韧性均保持较高水平,分别为0.942 2、0.999 5。传统不考虑供水管网腐蚀环境与服役龄期的评估方法计算所得供水管网抗震性能与抗震韧性均偏于乐观。该研究成果可为准确提升城市供水管网系统抗震韧性提供理论参考。
To consider the influence of soil corrosion environments and pipeline service ages on the seismic resilience of water supply networks (WSNs)
a topology-based seismic resilience assessment method for multi-age corroded buried WSNs was proposed. Firstly
a time-varying constitutive model of buried steel pipes in acidic
alkaline
and near-neutral soil environments was established based on a homogeneous Markov process. Then
analytical seismic vulnerability models of buried pipelines with different diameters under different soil corrosion environments and service ages were established based on incremental dynamic analysis. Finally
connection density was used to characterize the seismic performance indicator of the WSNs
and the performance response function (PRF) method was used to quantify the seismic resilience of the WSNs. Based on stochastic simulation
the system's seismic resilience was represented by the average seismic resilience under two scenarios: sequential repair by a single repair crew and simultaneous repair of all damaged pipelines. The analysis results showed that under rare earthquakes
the average seismic performance of the WSNs decreased by 31.85% compared with that under fortification earthquakes
but the overall seismic resilience remained at a high level
with values of 0.942 2 and 0.999 5
respectively. The seismic performance and seismic resilience of WSNs calculated by traditional assessment methods that did not consider corrosion environments and service ages were overly optimistic. The findings provide a theoretical reference for accurately improving the seismic resilience of urban WSNs.
