随着城市地铁发展,既有运营地铁车站上盖开发工程逐渐增多,新建上盖工程与既有运营地铁车站的相互作用、协同受力及抗震性能等问题受到越来越多的关注。依托我国南方某市地铁运营车站工程,提出了地铁车站与上盖高层建筑一体化抗震思路,分别采用SATWE和MIDAS有限元分析程序建立一体化结构与地基地基土相互作用模型,开展了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析和罕遇地震作用下弹塑性分析。结果表明地震波地震影响系数在结构主周期点上与设计反应谱在统计意义上相符。采用时程分析法针对多遇地震工况进行计算,结果满足规范的结构抗震验算要求,每组地震波计算的地震剪力不小于反应谱法的65%,时程计算的楼层平均地震剪力均小于反应谱法,楼层层间位移角的变化规律和反应谱法基本一致。通过开展罕遇地震动力弹塑性时程分析,发现最大基底剪力与多遇地震基底剪力比为3.29~5.09,结构框架梁柱塑性铰开展趋势合理,最终状态下框架柱基本不屈服,约31.6%的混凝土框梁以及约19%的钢梁达到屈服强度。相关方案达到预期的抗震性能目标。
With the development of urban subways, the development of the upper cover structures of existing subway stations in operation has gradually increased. The interaction, cooperative force and seismic performance between the new upper cover project and the operating subway station have attracted more and more attention. Based on the subway operation station project in a certain city in southern China, the integrated seismic thinking of subway stations and upper cover high-rise buildings is proposed. The interaction model between the integrated structure and the foundation soil is established by using SATWE and finite element analysis programs MIDAS respectively and the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and the elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake are carried out. The results show that the seismic influence coefficient of seismic wave was statistically consistent with the design response spectrum at the main period point of the structure. The time history analysis method was used to calculate the frequently encountered earthquake conditions, and the results met the requirements of structural seismic checking calculation. The seismic shear force calculated by each group of seismic waves was not less than 65% of the response spectrum method, and the average floor seismic shear force calculated by time history was less than the response spectrum method. The variation law of displacement angle between floor was basically consistent with the response spectrum method. By analyzing the elastic-plastic time history of rare seismic dynamic, it was found that the ratio of maximum base shear to multiple seismic base shears was 3.29~5.09, the development trend of the plastic hinge of structural frame beam column was reasonable. The frame column did not yield in the final state and about 31.6% of the concrete frame beams and about 19% of the steel beams reached the yield strength. The relevant schemes achieve the expected seismic performance targets.
