泥化夹层的损伤破坏是影响边坡稳定性的重要因素
为研究其损伤机理
进行了不同围压条件下的压缩试验
通过试验数据和试样破坏外观分析损伤情况;利用CT扫描仪在试验不同加载时刻对泥化夹层进行实时CT扫描
结合MATLAB图像二值化处理
得到不同围压下泥化夹层损伤识别图像
反映了内部损伤发展情况;最后根据推广的应变等价原理
通过变形模量确定损伤变量
获得泥化夹层损伤变量与轴向应变的关系。结果表明:①泥化夹层强度普遍表现出随围压增加而增加的规律
破坏应变取为10%
由于泥化夹层自身组成及结构存在差异性
导致个别试样的强度规律不明显;②泥化夹层内部存在薄弱层
加载过程中会出现阶段性的小幅度塌缩
强度曲线上反映为阶段性的应变突增现象;③无围压和一定围压情况下的损伤破坏方式不同
无围压时为脆性破坏
裂缝萌生、开展
一定围压时表现为塑性破坏
泥化夹层被压缩
孔洞裂隙闭合
破坏方式改变临界围压介于0~50kPa;④通过本文方法建立的损伤方程与不同围压下的室内试验结果拟合良好
该方法合理可行。
The damage of mudded intercalation is an important factor affecting the slope stability.To study its damage mechanism
the compression tests under different confining pressures are carried out.The damage conditions are analyzed by the test data and the appearance of the failed specimens.CT scanning is used to carry out real-time CT scanning of the mudded intercalation at different loading times.Combined with MATLAB image processing
the damage recognition images of the mudded intercalation under different confining pressures are obtained
which reflect the development of the internal damage.Finally
according to the generalized strain equivalence principle
the damage variables are determined by the deformation modulus
and the relationship between the damage variables and the axial strain of the mudded intercalation is obtained.The results show that:(1)The strength of muddy intercalation generally increases with the increase of confining pressure
and the failure strain is 10%.Because of the difference of composition and structure
this strength rule is not obvious for certain samples;(2)There are weak layers in the muddy intercalation
and a small periodic collapse occurs during the loading process
showing a strain increase in the strength curve;(3)The damage and failure modes are different with and without confining pressures.Brittle failure is observed without confining pressures
and crack initiates and develops.Under certain confining pressures
plastic failure occurs
characterized by the compression of muddy intercalation
with the voids and fractures being closed.The critical confining pressure is between 0~50 kPa;(4)The damage equation established by this method fits well with the experimental results under different confining pressures
which is reasonable and feasible.
