地铁盾构施工土体变形与临近结构失效机理研究

地铁施工可能诱发临近结构失效
这是城市轨道交通建设安全施工与灾害防控的重点之一。基于实际典型工程
对地铁盾构施工引起的土体变形与周边结构失效机理进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)地铁盾构施工过程中
周边土体会产生显著变形
各环施工引起的土体沉降最大值为10.26cm
施工中应引起重视。(2)地铁施工引起的土体变形是诱发周边结构失效的主要原因之一
衬砌产生的最大应力为10.90 MPa
小于C50混凝土抗压强度23.1MPa
管片强度具有一定的安全储备;(3)最不利工况下
箱涵最大应力为4.62 MPa
位于混凝土箱涵与砌体箱涵交接位置
可能诱发结构开裂;(4)左线开挖完成后
进行右线开挖时
箱涵最大应力位置向隧道右线移动
箱涵结构最大应力基本稳定;(5)本文数值模拟结果与工程监测数据误差在可接受范围
能为类似工程提供参考。
Abstract
City metro construction may affect surrounding structures significantly.The structure failure mechanism due to tunnel shielding is one of the key points for promoting construction safety and preventing and controlling risks.Therefore
it is necessary to investigate the soil settlements and the failure mechanism of surrounding structures due to tunneling
based on a typical engineering project.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The soil settlement due to metro shielding is significant;the maximum settlement is 10.71 cm during the shielding process
which is worthy of attention during construction;(2)The soil settlement due to shielding is one of the main reasons that result in structure failures.The maximum stress in the lining is 14.29 MPa
which is lower than the compression strength of C50 concrete(23.1 MPa)
indicative of the safety of the lining during construction;(3)The maximum stress of box culvert under the most unfavorable condition is 5.32 MPa
occurring at the connection section of two box culverts
which may induce the crack of the structure;(4)The maximum stress point moves toward the right tunnel direction and the maximum stress value is approximately stable while the right tunnel is shielding;(5)The difference between the numerical simulation results and the monitoring data is acceptable;hence
this study is helpful for similar engineering projects.
