Tunnel induced pipeline damage has become a big issue
The research objective is to guarantee the normal use of pipeline in safe construction of metro tunnel
and provides technical support for safety and high efficiency construction of metro tunnel.Based on Winkler elastic foundation beam theory model
when the pipelines are parallel and perpendicular to the tunnel
the deformation calculation formula of the rigid connection pipelines affected by tunnel construction is derived in this paper. The theoretical analysis shows that there are main influencing factors such as tunnel diameter
distance from pipeline to tunnel
settling tank width coefficient
pipe diameter
pipe wall thickness
pipe material elasticity modulus
underlying rock soil elasticity modulus
characteristic coefficient
Poisson’s ratio and stratum loss.Taking the Tong-Hu interval tunnel of Xi’an metro Line 3as the background
pipeline deformation monitoring scheme was drawn up.The engineering practice shows that the calculation results from theoretical prediction formula are consistent with the actual ones.
