以内蒙古新街台格庙矿区的TBM斜井工程为背景
运用FLAC3D软件建立TBM斜井施工的三维模型
基于流固耦合理论
从孔隙水压力、应力及变形3个方面对TBM隧道和TBM斜井进行对比分析
并研究了坡度对TBM斜井围岩力学特性的影响。研究结果表明:流固耦合条件下
随着施工进度的发展
TBM斜井在拱腰和拱底处的应力和变形值要大于TBM隧道的值。坡度对富水条件下的TBM隧道围岩变形和应力的影响较明显
坡度越大
围岩越易失稳
拱腰处的应力、变形及孔隙水压力变化较大
大坡度TBM斜井施工应重点注意拱腰部位的支护及防排水。研究结果可为富水大坡度的TBM斜井工程设计施工提供理论参考。

this paper uses FLAC3 Dsoftware to establish a 3Dmodel of RBM slope mine construction.Based on the fluid-solid coupling theory
this paper makes comparative analysis of RBM tunnel and TBM slope from three aspects:pressure of pore-space water
stress and deformation.In addition
this paper studies the influence of the slope gradient on the mechanical properties of the enclosing rock of the TBM slope mine.The results show that considering the fluid-solid coupling conditions
with the construction progress
the TBM slope mine would have higher values of stress and deformation at the haunch and the intrados than the counterpart values of the TBM tunnel.The slope gradient has significant influence on the deformation and stress of the enclosing rock of the TBM tunnel under rich water condition.The steeper the slope gradient is
the easier it is for the enclosing rock to lose stability.In particular
the stress
the deformation and the pore-space water pressure have big changes at the haunch.In the construction of steep-gradient TBM slope mine
the support for the haunch and water proof and water discharge at the haunch shall receive more attention.The research results could offer certain extent of theoretical reference to the design and construction of rich-water steep-slope TBM slope mines.
