讨论了不同位置喷淋水快速冷却下受限钢梁的力学变化特性
通过相关实验可知:冷却或灭火喷淋水对高温钢结构会产生很大的冲击效应。温度高于6℃与低于5℃的喷淋水对受限高温钢梁产生的受力和变形影响存在明显差异
5℃以下的喷淋水产生的受力和变形特性的最大值要远大于6℃以上喷淋水的作用程度
且要比升温过程产生的受力高1倍以上。冷却位置对结构的受力和变形特性也有影响。一般在右侧梁柱节点处喷水时最大
而在跨中喷水冷却时次之
在梁右侧1/8跨处喷水冷却时最小。受约束钢梁在喷水快速降温过程中
水温变化对结构受力和变形特性的影响程度较大
而水量变化对结构受力和变形特性的影响程度不大。在喷水降温阶段
开始阶段受力和变形特性有所回弹
但仍较大
随着进一步喷水冷却
结构的受力和变形不但不减小
反而增加。
This paper discusses the mechanical response of high temperature strained beam at different positions when it is rapidly cooled by spray water.According to the experimental results
we can know that:the cooling or fire prevention water has a great impact on high temperature beam.The impact effect is much obviously different between spray water above 6 ℃ and spray water below 5℃
the maximum force and deformation produced by the cooling of spray water below 5℃is much greater than those produced by the cooling of spray water above 6℃
and the force produced during cooling was greater more than 1time that during heating up.Cooling site also has a great effect on the force and deformation for the strained beam
in normally
they are the maximum when cooled at joints of beam-to-column
and they are the second when cooled at the middle span
they are the minimum at 1/8of the span of right beam when cooled by spray water.During the rapid cooling by spray water
water temperature has a greater impact on the force and deformation characteristics of beam than those produced by the change of water flow
and the change of water flow just has a little effect on the forces and deformation of beam.In the early of cooling
the force and deformation rebounds
but they are still great
with further cooled by water
the force and deformation characteristics does not decrease
but they both increase.
