冷却塔检测鉴定及有限元计算分析

存在一定程度的老化和破损
对其外观缺陷、混凝土碳化程度、钢筋锈蚀程度及倾斜度等进行检测鉴定
应用有限元方法
计算该冷却塔在风荷载、温度作用、重力荷载单独作用和组合作用下的内力和变形
并取组合作用进行整体稳定性和局部稳定性分析
验算塔身裂缝发展情况。结果表明
冷却塔刚度、承载力、安全系数、整体稳定性和局部稳定性均能满足现行规范的规定
塔身裂缝除局部筒壁不满足最大裂缝宽度限制的要求外
其它范围均满足。根据检测鉴定及有限元计算结果
对冷却塔采用粘碳纤维布、混凝土表面防碳化处理、钢筋除锈防锈等加固补强措施。
Abstract
A cooling tower has been used for more than 20 years
and there is a certain degree of aging and damage.The appearance of the tower
