The horizontal stress of the lateral soil of foundation pit was decreased from static earth pressure to active earth pressure with the excavation.Based on the stress change of the lateral soil during the excavation
the four types of tests
including triaxial consolidated undrained shear test
K0-consolidationundrained shear test
the lateral unloading K0-consolidation test and lateral unloading undrained shear test under differential consolidation
was carried out.The stress-strain curves
shear strength and pore water pressure were studied
then the characteristics of stressstrain and strength of soils under complex stress path were summarized.
