装配预制梁干湿连接企口承载力试验研究
摘要
设计和制作了3根足尺寸现浇企口装配预制梁和1根整浇梁
进行预制梁干湿连接企口承载力试验。通过比较装配预制梁和整浇梁的力学参数
研究现浇企口受力及变形能力
找出其局部刚度变化规律。结果表明
现浇企口对装配预制梁的承载力影响不大
变形能力满足设计规范要求
弯矩最大处对连接点最不利。现浇企口处局部刚度在受力前期下降较为明显
后期较为缓慢
最终整体刚度降低约1/3。
Abstract
Three same size assembly precast beam with cast-in-place groove and one general integral beam were designed and made to test the shearing capacity of the groove.We investigated the mechanical parameters
such as bearing and deformation ability
and found the change law of local stiffness for the groove.The results show cast-in-place groove has little effect on bearing capacity of assembly precast beam and the deformation ability meets the design specification requirements.The position of maximum bending moment is bad for junction.The local stiffness of castin-place groove decreased fast at the beginning of loading.The integral rigidity was degraded into1/3finally.
