为降低月球开发成本
需要设计合理的开挖设备与方案
对TJ-1模拟月壤进行了不同开挖深度和推板宽度的室内开挖实验
研究各项开挖参数对开挖阻力的复合影响
为未来的真实月壤开挖提供参考。结果表明:开挖阻力随着推板的前进迅速增大
而后趋于稳定直到开挖活动停止。开挖阻力随深度的增加而增大
可以用二次多项式F=aH2+bH很好地拟合
拟合公式中的a和b随着推板宽度的增加呈线性增长关系。
To reduce the lunar exploration cost
it is necessary to design reasonable excavation equipment and schemes.So a series of excavation tests were conducted considering the composite effects of the excavation parameters on excavation resistances
including the excavation depth and blade width to provide advices for future lunar soil excavation.The results show that the excavation resistance increases to a peak value quickly at first
and then tends to be stable;the excavation resistance increases with the increasing excavation depth and shows a quadratic relationship F=aH2+bH
where the aand bincrease linearly with the increasing blade width.
