摘要

2008年汶川8.0级特大地震对绵阳市东南部区域三台县、盐亭县的水库造成了不同程度的震损

经济损失巨大。依据两县水库地震灾害的现场科学考察资料

对两县28座高危以上险情水库的震害调查资料进行收集和统计分析

研究了震损水库的典型震害特征、震前运行状况以及造成震害的主要原因

给出了有效的震前防御与震后应急抢险措施。该研究不但丰富了水库震害基础性资料

也为今后水库抗震设计提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract

The Wenchuan Ms8.0great earthquake has resulted in great damage and severe economic losses to reservoirs to some degrees from Santai and Yanting County in the Southeast of Mianyang City of Sichuan Province.According to the documents from the site investigation of reservoirs in two counties

typical seismic damage characteristics

pre-earthquake operation conditions and the primary reasons for seismic damage to reservoirs are analyzed on the basis of the statistic analysis of 28high-risk damaged reservoirs in two counties.Then effective defenses before earthquake and emergency rescue measures after earthquake are provided.The study not only would enrich the basic data of earthquake damage

but also afford reliable basis for seismic design of reservoirs in future.
