针对地震灾情速报专题信息具有多类型、多时序的报送方式以及数据种类多、信息量大、用户需求广等特点
基于3S技术
实现了多源异构数据的融合
构建了震害背景信息和灾区震害信息的专题数据库
为利用ArcGIS实现空间关联和叠加分析奠定了基础。同时
以江苏省为例
重点研究了面向不同用户需求的快速出图方法。通过对"地震应急指挥辅助决策技术系统"现有专题图成图方法的改进
采用专题图模板和系统调用相结合的方法
利用.NET和ArcEngine
研制了地震应急专题信息和图件快速产出系统
探索了震害空间分布图快速、灵活的出图方法
使出图速度提高了3~10倍
同时
实现了与12322防震减灾短信平台和地震应急指挥辅助决策系统等产出结果在本系统的图形化显示
提升了应急指挥图件产品的实用性及表现力。
Quick report thematic information of earthquake disaster has many characteristics
such as multiple data types
multi-series report modes
massive information and wide user demand.Based on 3S technology
multi-source heterogeneous data were integrated in this study.Furthermore
thematic databases of background and damage information in seismic area were constructed.The study established the basis for GIS spatial association and overlay analysis using ArcGIS.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example
fast cartographic methods for multi-user demand were emphasized.By improving current thematic maps mapping method in the existing system
a fast thematic information and maps system for earthquake emergency was developed by means of combining.NET and ARCENGINE(short for ArcEngine).A fast and flexible mapping method was achieved.The present system can also graphically display the outputs of 12322 Earthquake Disaster Mitigation SMS platform and earthquake emergency command decision support system.As a result
the practicability and expressiveness of the original system were greatly enhanced.
