针对隧道锚孔出水时,树脂锚索锚固性能下降的现象,以木寨岭公路隧道为工程依托,开展了不同锚孔出水流量下树脂锚索锚固力测试分析,在剖析水影响树脂锚索锚固机理的基础上,对锚固提升技术进行了系统研究。 研究结果表明:①随锚孔出水流量增加,树脂锚索的锚固性能逐渐下降;当出水流量位于滴水区时,对锚固力影响较小;当出水流量位于强淋水区及以上时,基本无法锚固;当出水流量位于弱、中淋水区时,需引入锚固提升技术; ②水影响树脂锚索锚固性能的主要原因为水对树脂搅拌固化的影响,包括水对树脂锚固剂固化反应的影响和水对索体搅拌树脂锚固剂过程的影响;③开展了抗水锚固剂锚固试验、60°斜端面带限定装置锚索锚固试验、不同凝胶时间锚固剂组合试验和施工搅拌参数优化试验等 4 种锚固提升技术测试研究,最终获取了适用于不同锚孔出水流量下的优选树脂锚索锚固力提升(组合)措施。研究有助于提升树脂锚索在富水隧道中的适应性。
When the tunnel anchor hole is out of water, the anchoring performance of resin anchor ca- bles will decline. Based on the project of Muzhailing highway tunnel, testing and analysis of the an- choring force of resin anchor cables under different outlet water flow in anchor holes are carried out. On the basis of studying the anchoring mechanism of resin anchor cables affected by water, the anchor- ing force lifting technology is systematically studied. The results show that:(1) with the increase of outlet water flow of anchor hole, the anchoring performance of the resin anchor cable decreases gradu-ally; when the outlet water flow is in the dripping area, the influence of water on the anchoring force is small; when the outlet water flow is in the strong drenching area or above, the resin anchor cable is difficult to anchor; when the outlet water flow is in the weak or medium water drenching area, the an- chor lifting technology should be introduced;(2) The main reason why water affects the anchoring performance of resin anchor cables is the influence of water on the mixing and curing of resin, includ- ing the influence of water on the curing reaction of resin anchor agent and the influence of water on the mixing resin anchor agent of anchor cable body;(3) Four kinds of anchoring force lifting technolo- gies, including water-resistant anchoring agent anchoring test, anchoring test of anchor cable with 60 ° inclined end face and limiting device, combination test of anchoring agent with different setting time and construction mixing parameter optimization test, were carried out. Finally, the optimal anchoring force improvement (combination) measures suitable for different outlet water flows of anchor hole are obtained. The research is helpful to improve the adaptability of resin anchor cable in water rich tunnel.
