针对大型工程设计和工程气象专题评估对风速资料的特殊要求
探讨适合工程应用的气象站观测风资料和工程现场短期风观测资料的订正方法。根据多个工程现场和气象站的同步风对比观测试验结果及其在工程设计中的实际应用效果
提出在工程应用气象站的风速资料时
进行距地高度、下垫面影响以及时距订正是必要的;不同工程2 min/10 min不同时距风速订正系数和阵风系数应根据现场环境测定
其值与建筑荷载规范推荐的气象站取值有明显差异;对工程现场的长年风速资料外推重构时
根据现场短期观测结果
在对邻近气象站长年历史资料采用均一性t检验法和比值法订正差异显著年份的记录后
利用数理方法重建的结果较好。
The meteorological element is one of important factors that influence the engineering design and programming
especially the wind velocity which affects the towering structure in the atmospheric boundary layer.However
in the current engineering design and meteorological evaluation
the meteorological station’s wind velocity is applied
which are not representative the real wind character in the project spot
thus result in the hidden trouble to the design and constructtion. Aiming at the special need of design and evaluation with the meteorological data for large project
the paper discussed the revision methods for the station wind data and the short-period ones on spot respectively.By means of contrast tests between weather station and project spot wind data for several large engineering projects
the results show that it’s necessary to make corrections to the station data in height above ground
underlying surface effect and time interval.Moreover
the correction index and the gust one for 2 min/10 min time interval data on spot are smaller than the building criterion ones recommended by weather station and affected by the project environment.For several applications
the average ratio of 2 min/10 min of engineering spot is 1.09
while 1.16 for weather station
and average of the unstable gust index which were mostly affected by different physiognomy
underlying surfaces and weather processes reached 1.31
only 87 percent of the ones recommended by weather station.Finally
T-test method was used to verify the homogeneity for long-time station data and the obvious difference data were revised with the mean of ratio.While for the shorttime data on spot
it can be extrapolate to long-period serial with mathematical relationship basing on the synchronization observation in local and station.The revised methods mentioned above have been used in several large highway bridge engineering
which were proved to be practically useful
and also can be used for other similar projects.
